Important Information

» Group is considered of 10 and above passengers.

» Seats and fare are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

» Names can be submitted, prior 10 days of departure.

» In case of International travel, passport details are mandatory.

» Payment, name and cancellation policy as per the service providers.

» It is essential to check with us before departure, for any change or variation in your itinerary.

» Taxes, accommodation, transportation's or any other facility availed are as per the specifications mentioned in document shared.

» Taxes are subject to be change at the time of ticketing / unless paid in full.

» No refund for Partially utilized tickets.

» Seats will be blocked only after depositing funds.

» All the passengers are requested to carry a valid photo ID proof.



Payment Policy

» 35% of total amount or cancellation charges which is higher is required for confirmation - At a time of confirmation.

» 70% of total amount is required for confirmation – between 25 - 30 days prior of the departure date.

» 100% of amount is required for confirmation - 21 days prior or within the departure date.

» No extensions in payment timeline will be granted. If the balance payment is not made within the prescribed time frame, booking will be cancelled automatically and the advance deposit will be forfeited.



Cancellation Policy

» If the group strength reduction is less than 10% of the number of passengers originally booked or 25% of the total fare (whichever is higher) will be applicable - 30 days prior to the departure date.

» In case of cancellation in a group of 10 passengers, only airport charges (PSF) as applicable will be refunded.

» In case of changes/cancellation in partially confirmed bookings, entire advance deposit will be forfeited.

» In case of cancellation in 0-30 days of departure, entire deposit amount will be forfeited.
